We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please return the item(s) to the store within 7 business days of purchase with original receipt, or mail back your item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

Shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Tags must be attached and the item(s) unworn to receive any credit.

Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, hats, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, trunk show items, orders shipped outside of the US and items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this location.

After the 7-day period, your item(s) become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item(s) being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. For store credit, the return total will be credited back to the email used on the order, and can be accessed through your customer account at account.monkeesofpensacola.com.

Monkee’s of Pensacola reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) being returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

 

TO MAKE A RETURN

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account at account.monkeesofpensacola.com, view the order under the Orders tab and click the Return Request button. If your request is approved, we'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of Pensacola is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

 

We offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.

No Overnight Shipping is offered at this time.
